Open Tech 3D is not authorized to reactivate and support obsolete versions of OpticalRevEng Dental and ScanWay scanning software, created by Open Technologies.
The latest and only releases available for installation, and supported by Open Tech 3D Technical Assistance, are respectively OpticalRevEng Dental OT3D 5.0 and ScanWay OT3D 1.5.
All Open Technologies scanners worked with a system of software licenses linked solely to the workstation PC.
If the PC on which the license is activated is formatted or replaced, or if you are interested in an additional license on a new PC, you will need to request a new license from Open Tech 3D, to be activated on the new workstation.
To reinstall the scanning software and/or reactivate the license, it will be necessary to access Open Tech 3D's OpticalRevEng Dental 5.0 or ScanWay 1.5, and therefore pay a fee for software update and remote technical assistance.
If you already own Open Tech 3D scanning software versions, any duplicate, reactivation or additional licenses will require payment of a reactivation fee instead.
In any case, it will be necessary to access the Customer Area of the Open Tech 3D website and download the latest OpticalRevEng Dental 5.0 or ScanWay 1.5 installer. Follow the installation procedure by completing the process, then restart the PC and save the changes.
Contact technical support at [email protected] for a dedicated quotation request, specifying the serial number of the scanner (usually printed on the label on the back of the scanner) and the software version currently in use.
