Assuring the correct connection of the supplied cables is essential for having noteworthy performances while using a 3D scanner.
Remember to connect the USB cable of the scanner to the USB 3.0 ports of your computer (usually they are blue or have a super speed symbol next to them). And make sure you connect the HDMI cable - together with the monitor - to the dedicated video card, which must be from the Nvidia Geforce family (usually located at the bottom of the computer). If, and only if!, there is no HDMI slot you can use an adapter (e.g. from HDMI to display port).
As you may have noticed in the scanner specs before purchasing, any AMD Radeon technology is NOT supported by the scanner, causing several incompatibility issue.

It is also essential to use the scanner's original power supply to connect it to the electric current. The respect of the right current values is necessary to make the best use of each individual component.
Furthermore, the operating system should always be original, activated, and with all system updates carried out. This guarantees the full potential of the scanner during use.
