Projector resolution
Monitor not connected or wrong resolution, cannot identify the projector.

Have you ever seen this error and immediately wondered what it was?
You should know that a 3D scanner projector works as an extension of the main computer monitor. If you too have run into this error, you can easily fix it by adjusting the configuration in Windows monitor settings.
First, open the monitor settings by right clicking on the desktop. Then, make sure that the projector appears as a second monitor (or third monitor if you work with 2 monitors) and is an extension of the main monitor ("extend these screens").
Once this is done, make sure the resolution of the projector is set to 1280x800 (recommended).
After these simple steps, reopen the software and the problem will be solved, and the error disappeared.
