Optor Lab calibration

Like all 3D scanners, Optor Lab also requires a periodic advanced calibration, despite being regularly calibrated during scan procedures.

Therefore, it is good to proceed with a complete calibration every now and then.

To run it, we must start the scanning software, and enter service mode by clicking on the icon in the shape of two gears or tools.

Then click on the "calibrate scanner" icon:

And load the measurement file of the calibration master, if not already present in the box that appears, by clicking on the "+" symbol.

Then select the XML file present in the internal memory of the scanner (note: the file is named as the serial number shown on the back of the calibration master itself), and then click on “open”.

After the correct importation, click on "Calibrate" and follow the instructions on the monitor for the next steps.

By doing so, a complete calibration of the Optor Lab systems is performed.
